Pe scurt

Aplicația „Cabinet Veterinar Dr. Ioan Susa” este gratuită, nu are cont, server, reclame sau analiză. Toate datele introduse de dumneavoastră rămân doar pe telefonul dumneavoastră. Nici cabinetul, nici autorul aplicației nu primesc aceste date.

Operatorul și contactul

Aplicația este realizată și întreținută de Oláh Zsolt, persoană fizică, ca dar pentru Cabinetul Veterinar Dr. Ioan Susa (Satu Mare). Contact pentru orice întrebare privind datele: Oláh Zsolt, telefon / WhatsApp +40 751 955 532.

Cabinetul veterinar nu primește și nu prelucrează date prin aplicație.

Ce date stochează aplicația

Datele pe care le introduceți (animale, vaccinuri, medicamente, mementouri, documente, costuri, fotografii, notițe) sunt salvate numai în memoria telefonului dumneavoastră.

Aplicația nu trimite aceste date nicăieri. Nu există cont, server propriu, cookie-uri de urmărire, analiză de utilizare sau identificatori publicitari.

Salvarea în Google Drive (opțional, doar Android)

Dacă alegeți „Conectare cu Google”, vă conectați cu propriul cont Google, iar copia de siguranță se salvează în propriul dumneavoastră Google Drive. Aplicația cere doar permisiunea „drive.file”, adică vede numai fișierele create de ea.

Pentru conectare, Google transmite aplicației numele, adresa de e-mail și un cod de acces; acestea rămân pe telefon. Nici cabinetul, nici autorul nu văd copia dumneavoastră. Pentru Google se aplică politica de confidențialitate Google. Vă puteți deconecta oricând.

Butoanele „Sună” și „WhatsApp”

Aceste butoane doar deschid aplicația de telefon, respectiv WhatsApp, cu numărul cabinetului. Aplicația nu sună și nu trimite nimic singură. Ce comunicați apoi cu cabinetul este comunicarea dumneavoastră directă, în afara aplicației.

Raportarea unei erori (opțional)

Butonul „Raportează o eroare” deschide WhatsApp cu un mesaj pregătit către autor (+40 751 955 532). Mesajul conține versiunea aplicației, tipul de telefon și pagina pe care vă aflați; îl puteți citi și modifica înainte de trimitere. Nimic nu se trimite fără să apăsați dumneavoastră „Trimite”.

Dacă trimiteți mesajul, autorul primește numărul dumneavoastră de telefon și ce ați scris sau atașat. Temeiul este consimțământul dumneavoastră (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. a) GDPR). Folosim aceste date doar pentru remedierea erorii și le ștergem după rezolvare. Pentru WhatsApp se aplică politica de confidențialitate a WhatsApp / Meta.

Permisiuni

Aplicația cere permisiunile numai când folosiți funcția respectivă și toate sunt opționale:

Cameră: fotografii cu animalul și cu documentele, salvate pe telefon.

Microfon: dictare vocală. Recunoașterea vorbirii este făcută de serviciul telefonului (de ex. Google); aplicația păstrează doar textul rezultat.

Notificări: mementouri locale, programate pe telefon.

Stocare / fișiere: salvarea și încărcarea fișierelor de backup.

Pagina de descărcare și aplicația web pentru iPhone

Pagina de descărcare, fișierul APK și aplicația web pentru iPhone sunt găzduite de GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc.). Ca orice server web, GitHub poate prelucra date tehnice (de ex. adresa IP) din motive de securitate, conform politicii sale. Autorul nu primește aceste date. Butonul „Traseu” deschide Google Maps.

Ștergerea datelor și drepturile dumneavoastră

Puteți șterge toate datele oricând: din aplicație (Setări → Gestionare Date) sau prin dezinstalarea aplicației. Copia din Google Drive o ștergeți din propriul Drive.

Conform GDPR aveți dreptul de acces, rectificare, ștergere, restricționare, portabilitate, opoziție și de a vă retrage consimțământul. Pentru mesajele de eroare trimise autorului, scrieți-i la numărul de mai sus. Aveți dreptul să depuneți plângere la ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

Copii

Aplicația nu se adresează copiilor sub 16 ani și nu colectează date despre ei.

Modificări

Dacă aplicația se schimbă, actualizăm această politică; data ultimei actualizări este afișată mai sus.

Termeni și condiții de utilizare

Aplicație gratuită, oferită „ca atare”

Aplicația este un dar gratuit pentru clienții Cabinetului Veterinar Dr. Ioan Susa. Nu există plăți, abonamente sau reclame. Aplicația este oferită „ca atare”, fără garanții privind funcționarea neîntreruptă sau lipsa erorilor.

Nu înlocuiește medicul veterinar

Aplicația este un carnet și un ajutor de memorare. Nu pune diagnostice și nu înlocuiește consultul veterinar. În caz de urgență sunați imediat cabinetul sau cel mai apropiat medic veterinar.

Datele sunt responsabilitatea dumneavoastră

Datele sunt doar pe telefonul dumneavoastră. Dacă pierdeți telefonul, îl resetați sau dezinstalați aplicația fără copie de siguranță, datele se pierd. Faceți regulat copii de siguranță (Setări → Gestionare Date sau Google Drive).

Răspundere

În limitele permise de lege, autorul și cabinetul nu răspund pentru pierderi de date sau pentru decizii luate doar pe baza informațiilor din aplicație.

Numele și sigla cabinetului

Numele, sigla, datele de contact și informațiile despre cabinet sunt folosite cu permisiunea Cabinetului Veterinar Dr. Ioan Susa. Aplicația a fost realizată de Oláh Zsolt.

Legea aplicabilă

Se aplică legea română. Termenii pot fi actualizați; data ultimei actualizări este afișată mai sus.

Declarație medicală

Doar informativ

Primul ajutor, ghidul de îngrijire după operație, lista de substanțe toxice, calculatorul BARF și baza de cunoștințe au caracter general și informativ. Nu înlocuiesc examinarea și sfatul medicului veterinar.

Lista substanțelor toxice nu este completă: dacă animalul a înghițit ceva suspect, sunați imediat cabinetul.

Urmați întotdeauna indicațiile medicului veterinar care tratează animalul.

Röviden

A „Cabinet Veterinar Dr. Ioan Susa” alkalmazás ingyenes, nincs benne fiók, szerver, reklám vagy analitika. Minden adat, amit beír, csak az Ön telefonján marad. Sem a rendelő, sem az app készítője nem kapja meg ezeket az adatokat.

Az adatkezelő és az elérhetőség

Az alkalmazást Oláh Zsolt magánszemély készítette és tartja karban, ajándékként a Dr. Ioan Susa állatorvosi rendelőnek (Szatmárnémeti). Kapcsolat bármilyen adatvédelmi kérdésben: Oláh Zsolt, telefon / WhatsApp +40 751 955 532.

Az állatorvosi rendelő az alkalmazáson keresztül nem kap és nem kezel adatot.

Milyen adatot tárol az alkalmazás

Az Ön által beírt adatok (kisállatok, oltások, gyógyszerek, emlékeztetők, dokumentumok, költségek, fotók, jegyzetek) kizárólag a telefonja tárhelyén vannak.

Az alkalmazás ezeket sehová nem küldi el. Nincs fiók, nincs saját szerver, nincs követő süti, használati statisztika vagy hirdetési azonosító.

Google Drive-mentés (választható, csak Androidon)

Ha a „Bejelentkezés Google-lel” gombot választja, a SAJÁT Google-fiókjával lép be, és a mentés a SAJÁT Google Drive-jára kerül. Az alkalmazás csak „drive.file” jogosultságot kér, vagyis csak az általa létrehozott fájlokat látja.

A bejelentkezéshez a Google átadja az alkalmazásnak a nevét, az e-mail-címét és egy hozzáférési kódot; ezek a telefonon maradnak. A mentését sem a rendelő, sem a készítő nem látja. A Google-re a Google adatvédelmi szabályai vonatkoznak. Bármikor kijelentkezhet.

A „Hívás” és a „WhatsApp” gomb

Ezek a gombok csak megnyitják a telefon tárcsázóját, illetve a WhatsAppot a rendelő számával. Az alkalmazás magától nem telefonál és nem küld semmit. Amit ezután a rendelővel megbeszél, az az Ön közvetlen kapcsolata, az alkalmazáson kívül.

Hibabejelentés (önkéntes)

A „Hiba bejelentése” gomb megnyitja a WhatsAppot egy előre megírt üzenettel a készítőnek (+40 751 955 532). Az üzenetben szerepel az app verziója, a telefon típusa és az oldal, ahol éppen volt; küldés előtt elolvashatja és átírhatja. Semmi nem megy el, amíg Ön meg nem nyomja a „Küldés” gombot.

Ha elküldi, a készítő megkapja az Ön telefonszámát és azt, amit írt vagy csatolt. A jogalap az Ön hozzájárulása (GDPR 6. cikk (1) a) pont). Ezeket az adatokat csak a hiba javítására használjuk, és a javítás után töröljük. A WhatsAppra a WhatsApp / Meta adatvédelmi szabályai vonatkoznak.

Engedélyek

Az alkalmazás csak akkor kér engedélyt, amikor az adott funkciót használja, és mindegyik elhagyható:

Kamera: fotók a kisállatról és a dokumentumokról, a telefonon tárolva.

Mikrofon: hangos diktálás. A beszédfelismerést a telefon saját szolgáltatása végzi (pl. Google); az alkalmazás csak a kész szöveget őrzi meg.

Értesítések: helyi emlékeztetők, a telefonon ütemezve.

Tárhely / fájlok: mentésfájlok elmentése és betöltése.

A letöltőoldal és az iPhone-os webes app

A letöltőoldalt, az APK-fájlt és az iPhone-os webes appot a GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc.) szolgálja ki. Mint minden webszerver, a GitHub biztonsági okból technikai adatokat (pl. IP-címet) kezelhet a saját szabályai szerint. A készítő ezeket nem kapja meg. Az „Útvonal” gomb a Google Térképet nyitja meg.

Adatok törlése és az Ön jogai

Az összes adatot bármikor törölheti: az alkalmazásban (Beállítások → Adatkezelés) vagy az alkalmazás eltávolításával. A Google Drive-on lévő mentést a saját Drive-jából törli.

A GDPR szerint joga van a hozzáféréshez, helyesbítéshez, törléshez, korlátozáshoz, adathordozhatósághoz, tiltakozáshoz és a hozzájárulás visszavonásához. A készítőnek küldött hibabejelentésekkel kapcsolatban írjon a fenti számra. Panaszt tehet a román adatvédelmi hatóságnál (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).

Gyermekek

Az alkalmazás nem 16 év alatti gyermekeknek szól, és róluk sem gyűjt adatot.

Változások

Ha az alkalmazás változik, ezt a tájékoztatót frissítjük; a legutóbbi frissítés dátuma fent látható.

Felhasználási feltételek (ÁSZF)

Ingyenes alkalmazás, „ahogy van”

Az alkalmazás ingyenes ajándék a Dr. Ioan Susa állatorvosi rendelő ügyfeleinek. Nincs fizetés, előfizetés vagy reklám. Az alkalmazást „ahogy van” alapon adjuk, garancia nélkül arra, hogy mindig hibátlanul működik.

Nem helyettesíti az állatorvost

Az alkalmazás egy egészségügyi napló és emlékeztető. Nem állít fel diagnózist, és nem helyettesíti az állatorvosi vizsgálatot. Vészhelyzetben azonnal hívja a rendelőt vagy a legközelebbi állatorvost.

Az adatokért Ön felel

Az adatok csak az Ön telefonján vannak. Ha a telefon elvész, visszaállítja, vagy mentés nélkül törli az alkalmazást, az adatok elvesznek. Mentsen rendszeresen (Beállítások → Adatkezelés, vagy Google Drive).

Felelősség

A jogszabályok által megengedett mértékben a készítő és a rendelő nem felel adatvesztésért, sem olyan döntésekért, amelyek kizárólag az alkalmazás információin alapulnak.

A rendelő neve és logója

A rendelő nevét, logóját, elérhetőségeit és adatait a Dr. Ioan Susa állatorvosi rendelő engedélyével használjuk. Az alkalmazást Oláh Zsolt készítette.

Irányadó jog

A román jog az irányadó. A feltételek frissülhetnek; a legutóbbi frissítés dátuma fent látható.

Orvosi nyilatkozat

Csak tájékoztató jellegű

Az elsősegély, a műtét utáni útmutató, a mérgező anyagok listája, a BARF-kalkulátor és a tudástár általános, tájékoztató jellegű. Nem helyettesíti az állatorvosi vizsgálatot és tanácsot.

A mérgező anyagok listája nem teljes: ha a kisállat valami gyanúsat nyelt le, azonnal hívja a rendelőt.

Mindig a kezelő állatorvos utasítását kövesse.

Privacy policy

In short

The “Cabinet Veterinar Dr. Ioan Susa” app is free and has no account, server, ads or analytics. Everything you enter stays on your phone only. Neither the clinic nor the app’s author receives this data.

Controller and contact

The app is made and maintained by Oláh Zsolt, a private individual, as a gift to the Dr. Ioan Susa veterinary clinic (Satu Mare). Contact for any data question: Oláh Zsolt, phone / WhatsApp +40 751 955 532.

The veterinary clinic does not receive or process any data through the app.

What the app stores

The data you enter (pets, vaccinations, medications, reminders, documents, costs, photos, notes) is stored only in your phone’s storage.

The app does not send this data anywhere. There is no account, no server of our own, no tracking cookies, no usage analytics and no advertising identifiers.

Google Drive backup (optional, Android only)

If you choose “Sign in with Google”, you sign in with YOUR OWN Google account and the backup is saved to YOUR OWN Google Drive. The app only asks for the “drive.file” permission, so it can only see the files it created.

For sign-in, Google gives the app your name, e-mail address and an access token; these stay on the phone. Neither the clinic nor the author can see your backup. Google’s privacy policy applies to Google. You can sign out at any time.

The “Call” and “WhatsApp” buttons

These buttons only open your phone’s dialer or WhatsApp with the clinic’s number. The app never calls or sends anything by itself. What you then discuss with the clinic is your direct communication, outside the app.

Reporting a problem (voluntary)

The “Report a problem” button opens WhatsApp with a prepared message to the author (+40 751 955 532). It contains the app version, your phone model and the page you were on; you can read and edit it before sending. Nothing is sent until you tap “Send” yourself.

If you send it, the author receives your phone number and whatever you wrote or attached. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use this only to fix the problem and delete it once it is fixed. WhatsApp / Meta’s privacy policy applies to WhatsApp.

Permissions

The app asks for a permission only when you use that feature, and every one is optional:

Camera: photos of your pet and documents, stored on the phone.

Microphone: voice dictation. Speech is recognised by your phone’s own service (e.g. Google); the app keeps only the resulting text.

Notifications: local reminders scheduled on the phone.

Storage / files: saving and loading backup files.

Download page and iPhone web app

The download page, the APK file and the iPhone web app are served by GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc.). Like any web server, GitHub may process technical data (e.g. IP address) for security under its own policy. The author does not receive this data. The “Directions” button opens Google Maps.

Deleting data and your rights

You can delete all data at any time: in the app (Settings → Data Management) or by uninstalling the app. You delete a Google Drive backup from your own Drive.

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent. For problem reports sent to the author, contact the number above. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).

Children

The app is not directed at children under 16 and collects no data about them.

Changes

If the app changes, we update this policy; the date of the last update is shown above.

Terms of use

Free app, provided “as is”

The app is a free gift for clients of the Dr. Ioan Susa veterinary clinic. There are no payments, subscriptions or ads. It is provided “as is”, without any guarantee that it will always work without errors.

Not a substitute for a vet

The app is a health record and reminder tool. It does not diagnose and does not replace a veterinary examination. In an emergency, call the clinic or the nearest vet immediately.

Your data is your responsibility

Your data is only on your phone. If you lose or reset the phone, or uninstall the app without a backup, the data is lost. Back up regularly (Settings → Data Management, or Google Drive).

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the author and the clinic are not liable for data loss or for decisions based solely on information in the app.

Clinic name and logo

The clinic’s name, logo, contact details and information are used with the permission of the Dr. Ioan Susa veterinary clinic. The app was made by Oláh Zsolt.

Governing law

Romanian law applies. These terms may be updated; the date of the last update is shown above.

First aid, the after-surgery guide, the list of toxic substances, the BARF calculator and the knowledge base are general information. They do not replace an examination or advice from a vet.

The list of toxic substances is not complete: if your pet swallowed something suspicious, call the clinic immediately.

Welche Daten die App speichert

Die von Ihnen eingegebenen Daten (Tiere, Impfungen, Medikamente, Erinnerungen, Dokumente, Kosten, Fotos, Notizen) werden ausschließlich im Speicher Ihres Telefons abgelegt.

Die App sendet diese Daten nirgendwohin. Es gibt kein Konto, keinen eigenen Server, keine Tracking-Cookies, keine Nutzungsanalyse und keine Werbe-IDs.

Sicherung in Google Drive (optional, nur Android)

Wenn Sie „Mit Google anmelden“ wählen, melden Sie sich mit IHREM EIGENEN Google-Konto an, und die Sicherung wird in IHREM EIGENEN Google Drive gespeichert. Die App fordert nur die Berechtigung „drive.file“ an und sieht daher nur die von ihr erstellten Dateien.

Für die Anmeldung übermittelt Google der App Ihren Namen, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und einen Zugriffscode; diese bleiben auf dem Telefon. Weder die Praxis noch der Autor sehen Ihre Sicherung. Für Google gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Google. Sie können sich jederzeit abmelden.

Die Schaltflächen „Anrufen“ und „WhatsApp“

Diese Schaltflächen öffnen nur die Telefon-App bzw. WhatsApp mit der Nummer der Praxis. Die App ruft niemals selbst an und sendet nichts von sich aus. Was Sie danach mit der Praxis besprechen, ist Ihre direkte Kommunikation außerhalb der App.

Fehler melden (freiwillig)

Die Schaltfläche „Fehler melden“ öffnet WhatsApp mit einer vorbereiteten Nachricht an den Autor (+40 751 955 532). Sie enthält die App-Version, Ihr Telefonmodell und die Seite, auf der Sie waren; Sie können sie vor dem Senden lesen und ändern. Nichts wird gesendet, bevor Sie selbst auf „Senden“ tippen.

Wenn Sie sie senden, erhält der Autor Ihre Telefonnummer und das, was Sie geschrieben oder angehängt haben. Rechtsgrundlage ist Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Wir nutzen dies nur zur Fehlerbehebung und löschen es danach. Für WhatsApp gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von WhatsApp / Meta.

Berechtigungen

Die App fragt eine Berechtigung erst ab, wenn Sie die Funktion nutzen, und alle sind freiwillig:

Kamera: Fotos Ihres Tieres und von Dokumenten, auf dem Telefon gespeichert.

Mikrofon: Spracheingabe. Die Spracherkennung übernimmt der Dienst Ihres Telefons (z. B. Google); die App speichert nur den erkannten Text.

Benachrichtigungen: lokale Erinnerungen, auf dem Telefon geplant.

Speicher / Dateien: Speichern und Laden von Sicherungsdateien.

Download-Seite und iPhone-Web-App

Die Download-Seite, die APK-Datei und die iPhone-Web-App werden über GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc.) bereitgestellt. Wie jeder Webserver kann GitHub aus Sicherheitsgründen technische Daten (z. B. die IP-Adresse) nach eigenen Regeln verarbeiten. Der Autor erhält diese Daten nicht. Die Schaltfläche „Route“ öffnet Google Maps.

Löschen der Daten und Ihre Rechte

Sie können alle Daten jederzeit löschen: in der App (Einstellungen → Datenverwaltung) oder durch Deinstallieren der App. Eine Sicherung in Google Drive löschen Sie in Ihrem eigenen Drive.

Nach der DSGVO haben Sie das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerspruch und Widerruf der Einwilligung. Zu Fehlermeldungen an den Autor wenden Sie sich an die obige Nummer. Sie können sich bei der rumänischen Datenschutzbehörde beschweren (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).

Kinder

Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 16 Jahren und erhebt keine Daten über sie.

Änderungen

Wenn sich die App ändert, aktualisieren wir diese Erklärung; das Datum der letzten Aktualisierung steht oben.

Kostenlose App, „wie besehen“

Die App ist ein kostenloses Geschenk für die Kunden der Tierarztpraxis Dr. Ioan Susa. Es gibt keine Zahlungen, Abos oder Werbung. Sie wird „wie besehen“ bereitgestellt, ohne Gewähr, dass sie stets fehlerfrei funktioniert.

Kein Ersatz für den Tierarzt

Die App ist ein Gesundheitsheft und eine Erinnerungshilfe. Sie stellt keine Diagnosen und ersetzt keine tierärztliche Untersuchung. Rufen Sie im Notfall sofort die Praxis oder den nächsten Tierarzt an.

Ihre Daten liegen in Ihrer Verantwortung

Ihre Daten befinden sich nur auf Ihrem Telefon. Wenn Sie das Telefon verlieren, zurücksetzen oder die App ohne Sicherung deinstallieren, gehen die Daten verloren. Sichern Sie regelmäßig (Einstellungen → Datenverwaltung oder Google Drive).

Haftung

Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften der Autor und die Praxis nicht für Datenverlust oder für Entscheidungen, die allein auf Informationen der App beruhen.

Name und Logo der Praxis

Name, Logo, Kontaktdaten und Informationen der Praxis werden mit Erlaubnis der Tierarztpraxis Dr. Ioan Susa verwendet. Die App wurde von Oláh Zsolt erstellt.

Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt rumänisches Recht. Die Bedingungen können aktualisiert werden; das Datum der letzten Aktualisierung steht oben.

Die Liste giftiger Stoffe ist nicht vollständig: Hat Ihr Tier etwas Verdächtiges verschluckt, rufen Sie sofort die Praxis an.
